A paid design visit and a written room-by-room plan you can execute yourself. This service ends with the plan; our team does not return to stage or style the home.

Styling session
For furnished homes we did not stage, including homes the owners still live in. We come in before listing photos and style what is already there, from bedding and pillows to accessories and final placement, so every room is ready for the camera.

Walkthrough
A complimentary visit. We walk the home with you, room by room, and agree on what gets staged.
Proposal
A written scope and a firm price, delivered to you within 48 hours.
Design
Our designer creates the room-by-room plan and selects every piece from our curated collection.
Install
Our team delivers and styles every room in the plan. We recommend booking photos for a later day.
De-stage
Give us 10 business days' notice and we pick everything up shortly before the home closes.
