THE FOUNDER
A designer's path into staging.
Randy Baiza began as a graphic designer, working in the music and arts industries in Los Angeles. Interior design was the pursuit he kept coming back to, so he taught himself: research, every resource he could find, and a stretch at West Elm for the hands-on experience.
An opportunity in staging followed. The impact was immediate and obvious: the right furniture, placed with intent, changed how a house was received. Others noticed he was good at it. The Staged Haus grew out of that, and today the studio works with top agents across Austin.

Our team works in visual storytelling: scale, proportion, color and light are decisions, not guesses. That training is what separates a room that reads as designed from one that is simply filled with furniture.

We stage to the architecture and the buyer, not to a formula. Each room is composed to show how it would be lived in.

The studio holds list dates, communicates through the whole install, and handles the pickup at close. That is why the same names keep calling.
The team
Three roles on every home.
Staging is a design job and a logistics job at the same time. We design every stage in-house with pieces from our own staging collection, and the same trusted team installs it, so the plan that gets approved is the plan that shows up.

Staging designer
Walks the home, reads the architecture and builds the room-by-room plan. Decides what the house is trying to say before a single piece is pulled.

Lead stylist
Owns the last ten percent: the layering, the styling, the angles the camera will actually see. Nothing is left half-set at the end of install day.

Install team
A dedicated, insured moving team we trust on every job. The same crew handles the load in, placement and pickup.
