For agents & brokerages

Your listings, staged on your schedule.

Send the address. We will handle the walkthrough, the scope, the install and the pickup.

Consistency

We build a relationship with you, so you know you can always trust us to be your go-to stager.

Scheduled to your list date

Tell us when the photographer is booked and we build the install schedule backwards from it.

Repeat volume

If you list regularly, ask about volume discounts or complimentary room additions.

Photo-ready

Every surface is set and every angle checked before we leave, so the photographer can shoot it as it stands.

Agent questions

The four we get most.

Who pays, the agent or the seller?

Either. We invoice whoever is on the agreement, and agents can arrange billing that fits how they work.

How far ahead do you need to be booked?

We ask for no less than two weeks so we can plan the design and the install properly. Rush fees are available for last-minute jobs.

How much notice do you need to de-stage?

Seven business days. A quicker closing requires a rush fee.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry general liability coverage and can send a certificate of insurance for your file or your brokerage’s.
