Our most popular 45-day package starts at $3,800, covering the living room, dining room, kitchen, primary bedroom & bath, and a small patio. Customizations—whether adding rooms, extending terms, or selecting premium pieces—are quoted after assessing your property’s size and style needs.

Staged homes consistently sell faster and often at a premium compared to unstaged listings. While results vary by market, our clients typically see homes go under contract 20–30% faster and capture 5–10% higher offers, offsetting staging fees and boosting your net proceeds.

We focus on the key “money rooms” that drive buyer emotion: living room, dining room, kitchen, primary bedroom & bath, plus a small patio. For larger or architecturally unique homes, we tailor packages to include additional bedrooms, home offices, or outdoor living areas.

Every staging plan begins with a site consultation. We assess your home’s architectural style, natural light, and finishes, then select pieces that complement its character—whether that’s modern minimalism, classic elegance, or mid-century warmth. From our initial consultation to final styling, the process usually takes 7–10 business days. We schedule delivery and install at your convenience, then perform a final walk-through to ensure every vignette is picture-perfect before listing photos.

Please ensure the home is clean, clear of personal items, and free of clutter. Provide lockbox codes or on-site access for our team. No other vendors (cleaners, contractors, etc.) should overlap with our install window unless pre-arranged.

If your property remains on the market beyond the initial term, we’ll automatically renew for 30 days at the agreed rate—unless you request removal at least 5 business days before term end. You stay in control of timing and costs every step of the way.
