Case Study 01 · Northwest Hills, Austin
The Lantern sold before the market ever saw it.

The Home · 6 Bed · 7,765 Sq Ft · 0.8 Acre
Built right, then shown right.
Designed by Jeffrey Dungan Architects with interiors by M. Naeve, The Lantern balances scale with restraint. White oak floors, hand-troweled plaster walls, marble counters, steel doors and a slate-and-copper roof create a palette that feels tailored rather than showy.
Our job was to stage it with the same restraint. Working alongside listing agents Cara Keenan and Joe Keenan of The Keenan Group at Compass, we curated warm, substantial pieces that answered the architecture instead of arguing with it, and gave each room a story about how it would be lived in.
